The Administrator App primarily utilizes iPads. The Administrator configures department settings, inspection checklists, fee schedules, and service catalogs. Every inspection and invoice logged by users appears in the Admin dashboard in real time, giving the Fire Marshal full visibility.

User App (iPhone)

The User App primarily utilizes iPhones. Each fire prevention team member logs in, runs a digital inspection with AI fire-code lookup, logs any violations with photos and signatures, then generates and sends a professional invoice — directly from the field.
